TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 – Section 14 (2)
Kent County Council gives notice that Lenham Road, Headcorn will be closed to
through traffic, on or after 12th August 2022 for up to 3 days and 1 night.

The road will be closed between the junctions of Baker Lane and Southernden Road.

The alternative route is via Eastwood Road, Headcorn Road, Tilden Road, Ulcombe Road, Lenham Road
and vice versa.

This closure is necessary to enable culvert installation works to be carried out by Kent County
Council.

This Notice applies when the relevant signs and barriers are on site and is valid for a period of
no more than 5 days.
