Proposed diversion of public footpaths KH318 (part) and KH320 (part) at Ulcombe in the Borough of Maidstone, postcode ME17 1LT

An application has been made by the landowner, Sean Charlton, to divert part of public footpaths KH318 and KH320 for the following reasons:
Both footpaths run across the planting lines of the orchards. The land, which is sloping, is planted with orchard trees which need to be arranged in rows with the slope and not traversing it in order to be effectively and safely husbanded.
