Notice of Uncontested Election

The Notice sets out the names of those persons elected in the uncontested election of Parish Councillors for Ulcombe Parish Council. The Notice can also be viewed by following this link

Where the number of nominations falls short of the number of vacancies, Section 21(a) of the Representation of the Peoples Act 1985 states that the Parish Council may co-opt any person or persons to fill the vacancy or vacancies remaining unfilled.

There are vacanices for two additional councillors to be co-opted at the 9th of May 2024 Parish Council Meeting.
